Centennial Flats

Centennial Flats is a solar and battery energy storage project in Arizona. In 2022, Eolus sold the project to a United States-based portfolio company backed by a large publicly traded global private equity investment firm.

In Q4 2024, the owner decided to start construction of the project, and as a result of that Eolus received a substantial milestone payment of USD 64.7 million.

Eolus’ total revenues from the project is expected to be USD 116.9 million, of which Eolus now has collected USD 110.0 million. The remaining USD 6.9 million will be paid at commercial operation start, which is planned for 2026.
